"O prison of ephemeral light, capture mine enemy and let them know my judgment!"
You place your left palm sideways on top of your right palm, smearing the ruby dust between them. After which, you slowly separate them, causing bolts of lightning to arc between your fingertips. A small tetrahedral prison of lightning forms between your palms, which winks out of existence, as a similarly shaped, but larger prison appears at a location of your choosing.
The electrical prison is an equilateral tetrahedral pyramid, with a side length of up to 10m. It is immobile and considered to be a construct of magickal force. While it exists, it blocks any spells or skills used into or out of the area, except for teleportation or interplanar spells or skills.
When you cast this spell, any creature that is completely inside the prison's area is trapped. Creatures only partially within the area, or those too large to fit inside the area, are pushed away from the center of the area until they are completely outside the area.
On its turn, a creature can attempt to physically leave the prison. A creature must make a Strength saving throw and a Constitution saving throw. If it fails the save of either of these, it takes 10d12 Lightning damage, and is pushed back into the middle of the prison. On a successful save on both of these saving throws, it takes half of that damage and is thrust to a space 2m outside of the prison. Either way, whether it fails or succeeds, it is
If the creature tries to use teleportation or interplanar travel to leave the prison, it must first make a Charisma saving throw. On a failure, the creature takes 10d8 Lightning damage, can't exit the prison, and wastes the use of the effect. On a success, the creature takes half damage, and can use that effect to exit the prison. Either way, whether it fails or succeeds, it is
The prison also extends into the Ethereal Plane, blocking ethereal travel.
Creatures cannot attempt to enter the prison by any means. Once per round, creatures that touch the outside of the prison must succeed on a
